Billings has consistently been voted as a great place to live, for many good reasons.  Low crime rates, decents schooling, reasonable housing stock and prices and the proximity to Yellowstone National Park are obvious factors.  But elements such as a climate that can be significantly warmer than other parts of the State are less well known.  The B Town features high on this years Kilpingers report, a respected measure of these things, coming in 6th and mixing with the likes of Santa Fe and Burlington, Virginia in the process.
